Services

Red Gator Digital agrees to provide services including but not limited to digital marketing, social media management, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and website development.

Fees and Payments

The client agrees to pay Red Gator Digital the fees for services rendered as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or checkout cart. Payments shall be made within the agreed-upon time frame. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. 

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary access and materials required for the completion of services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content provided to Red Gator Digital for use in development and delivery of services. We are not responsible for late projects if the client has not provided us with the necessary information to move forward.

Delivery of Services Timeline

Red Gator is committed to delivering the agreed-upon services purchased within 21 business days from the date of receipt of all necessary information and materials from the client. It is crucial that the client cooperates fully and promptly by providing all requested information and materials required to initiate and proceed with the project within 7 business days to ensure a timely turnaround. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed information provided by the client may result in an extension of the delivery timeline. Red Gator Digital shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from delays attributable to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or materials within the stipulated time frame.

Refund Policy

Red Gator Digital acknowledges the importance of customer satisfaction and strives to deliver high-quality services. In the event that a client is dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows: a full refund will be honored within 3 business days of the initial transaction, and a partial refund will be considered within 5 business days. Requests for refunds must be emailed and sent to info@redgatordigital.com. Please note that no refunds will be issued after 5 business days from the date of the initial transaction. Red Gator Digital reserves the right to assess the nature of the dissatisfaction and determine the appropriate amount for a partial refund, considering the services rendered up to the point of the refund request.

Confidentiality

Red Gator Digital agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data provided to us. We will not disclose any sensitive information to any third party without prior consent.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for work produced by Red Gator Digital will remain the property of Red Gator Digital until full payment has been received. The client may not reproduce, sell, or use any of the work for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Termination of On-Going Services (Monthly and Yearly)

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing an email to info@redgatordigital.com. We do require a 60 day notice before termination from the client. Termination may be subject to certain conditions outlined in the initial agreement. 

Liability

Red Gator Digital will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Red Gator Digital harmless from any claims resulting from the client’s use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
